You must be at least 18 years old and working in the financial, accounting, or taxation field to use Magicon CRM. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Magicon CRM only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• ✔ Use the platform to violate any laws or regulations.
• ✔ Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to others.
• ✔ Upload malicious software, viruses, or data designed to harm the system.
• ✔ Access or attempt to access data of other users without authorization.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Client Data & Confidentiality

All client data you upload, including GST filings, tax records, and workflow statuses, remains your property. We do not access, view, or share your data without consent, except where required by law. All data is encrypted for your protection.

6. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Details regarding fees, billing cycles, and cancellation will be provided during sign-up. Failure to pay may result in service limitations or account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software related to Magicon CRM are the intellectual property of Magically Soft Pvt. Ltd. You may not duplicate, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Magicon CRM is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Magicon CRM at any time due to violation of these Terms or misuse. You may also close your account voluntarily by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Magicon CRM after changes indicates your acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or the CRM dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
